Southeast Pain Care at Blue Ridge HealthCare opened its doors to patients on August 1, 2005. The pain management clinic is located on the 3rd floor of Valdese Hospital and consists of a patient check-in area as you walk off the elevator, an enclosed waiting area, seven exam rooms, physician and nursing offices, a fluoroscopy suite with an up to date fluoro unit and recovery room.

Valdese Hospital provides high quality, cost effective and patient centered service to the residence of Burke, Caldwell and Western Catawba Counties. It is a non-profit hospital with 172-beds and over 350 employees. Valdese Hospital offers most medical and surgical specialties as well as a comprehensive range of specialty services.

In 1971 Valdese was the first private hospital in North Carolina to gain approval for its cancer program from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons, an honor that has been continually earned.

Blue Ridge HealthCare is affiliated with Carolinas HealthCare System. Through the partnership with CHS, Blue Ridge is able to obtain state of the art diagnostic and treatment technology, allowing us to provide the best care available.
