Southeast Pain Care at CMC-University opened its doors in April 1999. The pain management clinic is located adjacent to the hospital in University Executive Park. We have a patient waiting room, eight patient exam rooms, a procedure room with a C-arm, and a recovery room.

For over 20 years, CMC-University has been committed to providing a full range of medical services with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment in a friendly, community hospital setting in North Mecklenburg County.

CMC-University is licensed for 130 beds including an eight-bed Intensive Care Unit, a 16-bed telemetry unit, 37 beds for medical/oncology and 37 beds for post-surgical patients. More than 8,700 surgical procedures are performed at the hospital annually, both for adult and pediatric patients. The top surgical specialties are Orthopaedics, GYN, General, ENT and Urology.
