Dr. Wilder has been with Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants, the parent company of Southeast Pain Care, since 1989. He serves on the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee for Southeast Pain Care and the Infection Control Committee for Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Wilder is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, North Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists, International Association for the Study of Pain, American Pain Society, American Society for Regional Anesthesia, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Academy of Pain Management, North Carolina Medical Society, and the Mecklenburg County Medical Society. Dr. Wilder supports the Mecklenburg County Libraries, Mint Museum, Trinity Episcopal School, The Fletcher School and Rankin Institute, University of Virginia, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
