At Southeast Pain Care we accept two different types of referrals: physician referrals and self referrals.

Southeast Pain Care currently accepts self referrals for patients suffering from neck or back pain, arm or leg pain, headaches or migraines, CRPS (or RSD), Fibromyalgia, or Shingles. If you are suffering from a condition not listed here you will need a physician referral.
