That is why we complete a fifty point quality checklist for every patient at every visit. This assures that all areas of concerns are addressed. Additionally, as part of this process our patients are asked to complete an anonymous customer service survey after each visit. Finally, we follow up with each referring physician and also ask them to complete a satisfaction survey as well. By capturing data from you the patient, your pain management doctor and your referring physician we are fulfilling our promise to provide focused pain relief with individual patient care.

Quantum Clinical Navigation System is a proprietary quality improvement software system created and developed by the physicians of our parent company Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants. Quantum CNS is an online version of our patented continuous quality improvement program which captures 50 quality indicators for each patient at every visit.
